Climate change is caused by smoke from cars and factories going up into the atmosphere. When the world warms up the ice melts, the sea rises and many islands, like Tuvalu will disappear beneath the ocean.

Mother's Day

On Mother's Day I went to church with my family. After that I gave Mum a special card I made at school.

Then we had a special lunch together.

Meditation

In Room 2 I am learning how to do meditation. I can do meditation when I sit and stay still, close my eyes, breathe gently and place my hands on my lap.
In meditation I listen to God. Meditation helps me to listen and stay focused.

Our beaches and rivers get polluted when people do not keep them clean. We must pick up our rubbish to keep our environment clean.

Learning Intention: I am learning how to keep our Charism ( Spirit)  alive at St Patrick's.

Success Criteria: I will know I can do this when I give two examples about 'Getting Along with others'.
